The Cherokee Society of the Greater Bay Area is an at large community organization of the Cherokee Nation (seeking nonprofit status) that provides resources and support to the Cherokee community in the Bay Area, California.
The organization works to preserve Cherokee culture and traditions, and to advocate for the rights of Cherokee people.
Areas of Service :
Bay Area Counties of: San Francisco, Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda, San Mateo, and Santa Clara.

Our History
The At Large Cherokee Society of the Greater Bay Area community leaders wanted to create a place for Cherokee people to connect and share their culture.
